This work was selected for DEBTFAIR project presented at Whitney Biennial 2017 (By Occupy Museum) is titled Dead End, which alludes to a lack of opportunities for advancement. What is happening to us as citizens of debt makes us feel as if there is no way out. In the photograph, debt is represented by a citation (summons) left in the door of my apartment. In it you can see my personal debts (mortgage, student loans, etc) within the passport of our American citizenship. In the background is a corridor that shows an uncertain and dark exit. We are citizens of debt. From the moment we are born we have an imposed debt.
